Western Valley Soccer Club Annual General Meeting

The date of the Western Valley Soccer Club Annual General Meeting will be Monday November 12, 2018 6:00 PM at the Hartland Community School.  Use the gym entrance.

The Nominating Committee is seeking nominations to the Western Valley Soccer Club Board. Please consult the Constitution to understand responsibilities.  If you are interested in volunteering for the Board, please forward your name to President, Ivan McLaughlin - ivan_mclaughlin@yahoo.ca or Secretary, Kim Sparkes - sparkes1@nb.sympatico.ca.
 
Per The Constitution “Nominations and Elections” Section 8, the board positions up for election at the AGM this year are:

• Vice President Competitive
• Vice President Recreational
• Treasurer
• Director of Referees
